Position Information:
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN assists the unit manager in supervision coordination education and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. The Clinical Educator/Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission values and management of patient care services. 3E is a 41-bed Cardiovascular Intermediate Care Unit specializing in the care of acute MI heart failure stroke and other cardiovascular patient populations. We provide comprehensive nursing care to hemodynamically stable patients who may require rhythm monitoring diagnostic or invasive procedures and medication adjustment.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And 1 Year Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required - And 1 Year Leadership Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Required - Within 1 Year of Hire
