Position Information:
The Executive Director of Patient Financial Services reports directly to the Vice President Revenue Cycle operations and is expected to establish, facilitate, lead and manage change initiatives designed to drive revenue cycle efficiencies and performance improvement. This senior level leader will be responsible for the direction and oversight of multiple departmental units within revenue cycle operations including hospital billing & A/R management, professional billing and A/R management payment posting, credit balance resolution, self pay collections and customer service. This role will partner closely with senior level leaders across the system for the strategic vision and delivery of back-end revenue cycle initiatives across the organization. The role will be accountable for system wide back-end revenue cycle programs working across departments and enterprises to build upon existing strategies and designing new initiatives leveraging digital and analytics capabilities to ensure that all operational revenue management functions are aligned and optimized to meet or exceed patient requirements, maximize collections and minimize cost to collect.

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Preferred
