Position Information:
The Manager Property primarily oversees the administrative management and effective utilization of WakeMed Property Services' real property assets interests and holdings. The manager works in collaboration with internal and external customers WakeMed administration medical staff peers and subordinates to meet WakeMed's real property goals objectives and performance standards. The position requires direct involvement with the acquisition and disposition of WakeMed's real property assets.
Experience Requirements:
2 Years Property Management Required - And Business Development Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Health Administration Required - And Master's Degree Business Administration Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
North Carolina Real Estate Broker License Preferred
