Position Information:
As a Senior Workforce Development Specialist at WakeMed, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Human Resources and department leaders to devise strategic workforce development plans that align with our talent objectives. Your creativity will be put to the test as you design innovative strategies to accomplish program goals. You will leverage data-driven insights to recommend improvements and ensure our programs are always at the forefront of industry standards. In addition, you will serve as an onboarding specialist for allied health students, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed in their roles. But your impact doesn't stop there. You will also forge partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and universities to promote health care career opportunities. From job shadowing to internships, you will open doors for students to explore and thrive in the health care field. Experience Requirements:
5 Years Human Resources - Recruitment And/Or Human Resources - Recruitment And/Or Program Management Required - In Healthcare Preferred
Education Required:
Master's Degree Human Resources Or Related Field Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Professional in Human Resources Preferred - Or SHRM Senior Certified Professional Preferred - Or Project Management Professional Preferred
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
