Reporting to the Fort Mcmurray Branch Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Service Department in the Fort McMurray Branch.
The Service Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of short-term and long-term goals for the Service Department to meet the strategic goals of the branch.

The ideal candidate will have:
•5 to 7 years in a similar role in similar industry.
•Journeyman H.E. Technician or similar ticket preferable.
•In-depth technical expertise to handle potential issues.
•Basic accounting knowledge to comprehend various reporting against budget.
•Strong leadership and salesmanship skills with a drive for results.
•Strong communication skills, oral and written with the ability to communicate persuasively; provides necessary information to direct reports to enable them to do their work efficiently.
•Assists the Branch Manager in resolving customer complaints.
•Competent in common software programs i.e. MS Office Suite; previous AS400 system experience is a definite asset.
