This position in collaboration with the organization’s leadership team monitors, promotes, and implements performance improvement efforts while maintaining regulatory accreditation compliance as it relates to organizational goals, objectives, services, and work processes.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Five (5) or more years of experience working in the organ or tissue procurement work system or equivalent process improvement experience.    

Preferred: Master’s Degree.  Three (3) or more years of prior management experience.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:

Required: LSS Green Belt.  

Preferred: LSS Black Belt.  Proficiency in using SQL or other report writing software.  Examiner experience in National or State Baldrige Quality Program.  Clinical Certification in one of the following areas:  CPTC, CTP, or CTBS.
