This position, in collaboration with the organization’s executive leadership team, compiles and presents data analyses from a range of sources to aid in decision making for strategic initiatives, quality and process improvement. May lead process improvement teams and coordinate various projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field and four (4) years of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVENT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
Preferred: Examiner experience in National or State Baldrige Quality Program.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or able to obtain within 1 year of hire date)
Preferred: Proficiency in using SQL or other report writing software.
