To maintain the overall quality management and training for department functions. To support organizational education and training by ensuring process definition and execution as required by established goals. To assist in the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures and training manuals to support department functions. To serve as a system administrator for the organization’s learning management system (LMS) for all job- specific education and training opportunities. To support the day-to-day functions of the Education & Training team, which may include curriculum and syllabus creation, documentation management, training, internal/external audit participation, and a variety of other quality- focused initiatives. To act as the first line of support for our staff for overall education & training support, including system maintenance.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, instructional design, education, health care management or related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Two (2) years of experience in organ procurement or education preferred. Experience in training and development or instructional design preferred.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
