This role is responsible for reporting and analysis that provides insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the SCS Sales management team. This position will be a key contact regarding performance reporting, administration of rebate based programs, data governance and auditing processes.
•Develop and maintain ongoing reporting and analysis, in a user-friendly output, to support Sales strategies to ensure the goals of the organization are met.
•Assist in efforts to increase reporting efficiency and effectiveness, including documenting deliverables and providing communication.
•Complete month-end reporting to support financial month end close.
•Manage the administration of rebate programs and associated reporting and audit requirements.
•Perform ad hoc reporting.
•Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent in related work experience.
•The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Preferably experienced in working with large data sets. SQL/Alteryx skills a plus but not required.
•Candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, be detail orientated, organized, a quick learner and team player who is also able to work independently.
