To retain current and acquire new customers via selling existing value added services, education on programs and providing retention offers.
- Negotiate customer contracts and grow membership programs to independent and group/corporate accounts.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily call activity reports and ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales and retention performance.
- Achievement of all Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis.
- Work effectively with other team members and independently where required.
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
- Review all incoming escalations and work with other departments such as Billings, Customer Service, and Operations etc. towards a resolution.Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Completes detailed research on customer history in existing systems to understand open issues.
- Ability to work flexible working hours as necessary.
