Position Description:
Reporting to the Director of Pricing, this role will work closely and collaboratively across functions (sales, marketing, field operations, contract administration, as well as senior and executive leaders) to develop and/or improve pricing tools supporting the ESOL service & offer strategies. This role will also serve as a key point of contact on pricing & contracting governance, enforcing the ESOL empowerment rules and DOA to ensure proper and timely approvals are in place as well as adherence to ASC606.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with Executive Leadership, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Field Operations and Finance to develop, implement and maintain service price strategies and tools for the inside sales organization within the (ESOL) business.
a. Coordinate proposal development with Marketing, Ops, Finance and Sales teams.
b. Prepare/maintain cost/pricing models, incorporating appropriate operating, on-line and on-site service costs.
c. Maintain and organize baseline price information, analyze and report on inconsistencies, and identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through offer strategies and updates to pricing tools.
d. Monitor and update sales team pricing models with empowerment ranges (to include periodic cross-functional reviews).
e. Establish and monitor processes for managing pricing approvals for new customers, amendments, and renewals.
2. Ongoing:
a. Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
b. Integrate acquired businesses and new service offerings to standardize pricing models.
3. Audit new contracts for customers as they are received from Sales to document and ensure conformity with empowerment rules and established contract submission processes.
4. Other:
a. Independently develop new Excel models, charts and graphs, and procedures, as necessary.
b. Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis as required.

Position Requirements:
Education equivalent to Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in Accounting/Finance, or Business or the equivalent in related work experience.
Four or more years of progressively responsible financial analysis and pricing experience.
Demonstrates strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and problem-solving skills. Must be able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections. Must be able to effectively present financial information and analysis to management and senior leadership.
Excellent computer skills required. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Power Point.
Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools preferred.
Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail are required to be successful in this position.
Demonstrates knowledge of contracting.
Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills.
