We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Chicago.
The Inside Sales Manage manages the regional sales staff within designated territory. Directs campaigns to secure sales in new territories and industries, to realize full market potential of customers and to establish product line acceptance.
Guides sales representatives and personally promotes and secures new major and important accounts.
•Maintains an effective SQ sales staff by selecting, training, and developing personnel.
•Establishes sales objectives by accurately forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products by revenue stream.
•Achieves results at the region, revenue stream, market, territory, and account levels. Achieves these results/goals by planning, counseling, coaching employees, and monitoring and appraising job results. In addition, maintains an adequate pipeline to achieve goals; accurately and consistently forecast business results.
•Develops territory and account strategies to support and attain quota in assigned territories.
•Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs, utilizing solution-selling models.
•Builds a customer centric orientation and drives consistent high loyalty ratings.
•Performs other related duties as required or requested.
•Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing, or the equivalent in related work experience.
•Five or more yeas of successful experience in sales/telesales with a consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations in a business-to-business environment.
•Two or more years of outbound telesales management experience is preferred including telesales management experience and success in a business-to-business environment, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage people in order to achieve performance goals.
•Demonstrates good knowledge of sales automation software, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
