Position Description:
Under daily supervision, the Client Relations Specialist coordinates a client’s waste disposal needs and requests as determined by their service agreement. This role supports the daily disposal needs of smaller volume and routes for the manufacturing and industrial clients and applies basic knowledge of EPA and DOT regulations and waste profiling to complete daily activities. The Specialist follows clearly defined processes and makes limited discretionary decisions and judgement calls as they pertain to client requests and position responsibilities. Also, responsible for review and approval of client billing including discrepancy resolution.
Handles communicating the daily requests from technicians, compliance or sales regarding modifications or issues with the waste disposal needs of multiple client accounts. Disseminates key information to key team members based on daily client activity in Operations, Finance, logistics, and external teams. Investigates and responds to client requests on a timely basis.
Ensure a high level of satisfaction to assigned clients by meeting the expectations of the client per their service agreement. The incumbent will help in developing a positive client relationship. Offers, explains and provides clients available standard reporting.
Maintains all aspects of client projects in multiple Databases:
• Creates and maintains client account records. Regularly checks for completeness and accuracy in all database systems.
• Prepares and reviews order for accuracy
• Coordinates the scheduling of all aspects of Client account execution;
• Front and Back end order management including: Order preparation, monitoring, scheduling and reviewing. Ensures all required documents are properly maintained and available.
• Assist Finance with collections when required.
• Ensures accurate pricing and reviews orders for invoicing
Under direct supervision prepares Client profiles; gathers associated information and assigns codes using basic knowledge of MSDS’, hazardous waste coding and disposal requirements. Utilizes SME to identify appropriate hazardous disposal requirements when needed. Monitors and provides internal reports regarding client progress to all appropriate team members on an as needed basis.
Provides Clients with shipping and tracking reports, detail manifest and on-time delivery and pick-up reporting on an as needed basis.
Provides assistance to other team members regarding their assigned clients when requested.
• Assists with gathering data and information to prepare client presentations and other required reports. Investigate and answer clients’ questions

Position Requirements:
A College Degree or the equivalent in education and related work experience required.
Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills and the ability to analyze information and prepare recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Account representative experience preferred. Ability to produce routine and accurate analytical reports by combining data from multiple sources and databases
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing work environment dedicated to client satisfaction and getting the job done.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, gain a thorough understanding of the project assigned, and ensure that the project is completed on time and per specification.
Ability to interface with internal and external clients at all levels. Turn data into information and prepare and pre-sent findings.

Demonstrates knowledge with the following:
• Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Access, SQL and PowerPoint
• Proprietary online Stericycle applications
• Web-based programs
Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, DEA, OSHA regulations a plus.
