Position Description:
Develop pricing strategies across the entire Stericycle organization. Share best practices across the enter-prise and develop, evaluate and implement contracting/pricing strategies to improve business performance according to market dynamics.

Key Job Activities:
Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of our customer behavior, segmentation, and decision drivers in combination with market dynamics to inform pricing opportunities. Work with sales operations, marketing, and sales leadership to develop pricing tools and governance processes for our inside, outside, and national sales teams
Create roadmaps for promising pricing initiatives that translate KPIs and actions into revenue or profitability projections. Build processes to track performance
Evaluate and closely monitor competitors in the marketplace to assess the impact to our business and adjust our pricing approach as necessary
Assemble and work with large, complex data sets to draw insight, including customer preferences and market trends.
Leverage internal and external data/insights to develop pricing strategies across customer segments to optimize margin and sales.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement pricing approaches and strategies.
Serve as part of, and collaborate with, the Business Transformation team to understand the strategic direction and objectives of the organization and align on strategies in support of this direction.
Work with external advisors in the evaluation and execution of strategic opportunities, including on-going leadership support for our Stericycle Business Transformation.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study, and MBA from a leading graduate business school (pre-ferred)
• 6-10 years of experience in a top tier management consulting firm or in a pricing leadership role
• Prior experience developing and executing pricing strategies and enterprise-wide pricing programs
