We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager II.
•Organize and facilitate kaizen / rapid improvement events. Develop metrics and return on investment (ROI) before recommending projects to determine business expectations. Analyze realization of measurements upon completion.
•Lead cross-functional teams to deploy standard operating procedures and process improvements.
•Lead and facilitate training in LEAN principles for the organization. Develop standard process improvement tools for departments to utilize in process improvement efforts
•Analyze highly complex production and processes. Partner with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities, present ideas, and make recommendations based upon analysis to further business goals.
•Perform other related duties as required or requested.
•Education equivalent to College Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or other related field, or equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong organizational and change management skills.
•Seven or more years of relevant business or project management experience required, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
•LEAN certification preferred.
•Must have LEAN or Process Improvement Implementation experience in a multi-site setting.
•Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio, Outlook, and Access.
•Demonstrates the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
•Demonstrates strong business vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
