Position Description:
We are currently seeking for an Accounts Payable Representative who will be mainly responsible for below activities:

•Processes vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other expenditures to ensure accuracy & timeliness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sorting/distributing mail, reviewing A/P expenditures for appropriate documentation & approval, data entry, etc.
•Supports customers (including, but are not limited to, field personnel, vendors, accounting, et cetera) with questions/problems/concerns. Responsibilities include researching inquiries/discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, et cetera.
•Reviews & releases weekly disbursements to ensure accurate & timely distribution in compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, obtaining approvals, assisting with stop payments & voids, stuffing envelopes, etc.
•Maintains archive for all Accounts Payable documents - physical and electronic.
•Performs other miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Education and Experience Required (including certifications and/or software requirements for the position):

Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or the equivalent in related work experience.
One or more years of general office experience with a concentration in accounting, accounts payable, or finance, demonstrating excellent mathematical skills
. Demonstrates good computer skills with a general knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Prior experience with Solomon preferred but not required.
Demonstrates fast & accurate data entry skills. Proficient in 10-key by touch.
Demonstrates ability to work independently & with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy & timeliness.
