Position Description:

The Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations is a key role within the Stericycle Marketing Team, serving as the project manager of Stericycle's Marketing Operations function.

This role is responsible for leading the optimization of Stericycle’s demand generation efforts with a focus on outbound prospecting. The Marketing Operations Specialist will own the project management of demand optimization across the funnel, including teleprospecting, prospect and lead management, funnel performance measurement, while working closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive people, processes and technology improvements.

Activities and duties include:

-          Project manage Stericycle's marketing operations while working closely with the executive leadership and integrated marketing leads to optimize Stericycle’s demand generation performance and recommend program improvements based on funnel performance 

-          Develop a funnel performance measurement approach that will enable Commercial Marketing and Sales to address people, process and technology issues impacting funnel performance

-          Project manage two large corporate wide initiatives focused on lead acquisition and optimization to drive impact across both inbound and outbound channels

-          Recommend Cost-to-acquire improvements throughout various stages of the inbound and outbound Marketing cycle

-          Develop and maintain lead prioritization efforts to drive a steady flow of qualified leads for outbound sales enablement

-          Partner with integrated marketing leads develop effective lead management programs and own the optimization and measurement of those programs

-          Act as the subject matter expert on inbound lead routing, lead and opportunity management, outbound Marketing enablement, and performance across the funnel

Position Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics or other related field or the equivalent in related work experience

-          5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B services environment, within increasing responsibility

-          3+ years of project management experience with a proven ability to management stakeholder relationships

-          3+ years marketing campaign and program development with a proven track record of driving revenue improvement across multiple business units

-          Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and it’s suite of products and how to enable sales to work within those systems

-          Analytical thinker that isn’t afraid to work within spreadsheets   

-          Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an effective and articulate manner

-          Prior experience working on a fast paced, high impact team
