This position supports all sales related activity, account support, and problem resolution with customer accounts within a specific geography. This includes individual practices, and customer accounts with multiple facilities that are classified as SQG (small quantity waste generator – i.e. Doctor’s Offices, Dentists, Nursing Homes, Funeral Homes, etc.).
Territory Account Representatives will focus on valued-added service offerings to existing customers including Regulated Medical Waste disposal, pharmaceutical waste disposal, OSHA & regulatory compliance, healthcare training/certification, and other healthcare related services.
Territory Account Representatives will be responsible for building customer relationships, supporting changes in the customer’s accounts, retaining and growing the customer’s business.
