Lead the new sales and contract renewal process with assigned and new National Accounts. Work closely with the National Account Support Team to insure customer satisfaction with Stericycle.
Key Job Activities:
Direct and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, bids, profitability, and contract renewals for assigned national accounts
Lead the development and implementation of strategic and new business initiatives with assigned accounts
Identify customer’s needs by working with Stericycle personnel, key decision makers at individual national account locations, and high-level general office contract negotiators. Position Stericycle’s capabilities to meet those needs.
Serve as key Stericycle contact at the Group Headquarter and Primary customer locations. Insure coverage of all locations thru clear communication with National Account Support staff
Education equivalent to college degree, in business or marketing, or the equivalent in related work experience. Demonstrates the ability to work with minimum direction possessing strong account management skills.
Seven or more years of direct and indirect sales experience with a focus on business development and/or emerging markets, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Demonstrates sound knowledge of computerized customer databases with proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, used in developing and implementing sales strategies for Corporate Account prospects.
2-4 years of experience selling RMW.
