Position Description:

The Financial Systems Manager, EPM is a key member of the Global Finance team that will develop and implement strategic solutions for the Finance function as part of our multiyear Business Transformation. This will enable better decision-making capabilities, increase productivity and provide a platform for increased growth of the business. The Manager will help oversee the financial planning and reporting tool, finance data management and governance, and the development of new applications to support improvements in our core finance processes. This role partners with cross functional groups within Finance, Accounting, and Business Intelligence/IT to evaluate, enhance and deliver world class integrated solutions. It provides systems and applications knowledge in evaluating and improving current business processes and functional and technical direction to address specific business requirements.

Maintain regular and ongoing configuration of reporting tools including SAP Business Objects Planning (BPC) consisting of Actual Consolidation, Budgets, Forecasts, Management Reporting, and External / SEC Reporting. Support the Corp FP&A team with financial forecasting and reporting processes. Enhance existing financial models, reports, security and all system administrations roles. Communicate and execute BPC finance system updates, monthly forecasting and reporting process support requirements. Develop and maintain user BPC documentation (Ex. inputs sheets, reports, templates, etc.) for system users, and provide training on SAP BPC software to system stakeholders. Provide forecasting, reporting and analytical support to Corp FP&A, as needed, for Corporate and Business Unit P&Ls, Operating Expenses, Capital Spending, and Headcount Planning

Maintain data integrity by assessing, recommending, and implementing appropriate controls and governing the Master Data Management change control processes (i.e. changes in entities, profit centers, cost centers, chart of accounts, and standard reporting formats) as part of the Enterprise Master Data Governance program.

Facilitate the establishment of daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements and provide regular status reporting to management. Support in the investigation, testing and resolution of reported application issues. Interact with technical/development professionals in the design and support of required specific customizations, interfaces and extensions. Ensures technical training/support and knowledge is transitioned to support functions.

Work directly with key stakeholders and business partners to drive improvements in core financial processes such as month end close, consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Foster continuous improvement mindset to drive change, improve access to critical information and enhance decision support capabilities across finance.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating knowledge of corporate financial and control functions. (MBA preferred)
CPA Certification a plus but not required.
Five Years Financial Systems experience with SAP Data warehouse and forecasting tools Strong financial systems background and expertise., Subject Matter Expert in database software tools such as BPC, SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/BO.
IT system project or process improvement project leadership experience.
Experience working with data analytics tools, programming languages (VBA/SQL), or machine learning is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to summarize complex and technical issues / analysis into simple and clear messaging for senior management.
Strong financial analytical and modeling skills.
Proactive and independent person who identifies issues and drives them to resolution.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective relationships at all levels of an organization.
Ability to prioritize and organize assignments and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Deep experience with developing the requirements for implementation of technology/tools as an enabler of financial processes.
