The T&E and Corp Card Team is responsible for day to day administration of Stericycle’s T&E Card, P-Card and SAP Concur, Stericycle’s tool for out of pocket reimbursement and card reconciliation. In addition, the team audits reimbursements and card transactions for compliance to the Global T&E and Corporate Card Policy.
As the primary Concur subject matter expert, this role researches and resolves complex inquiries and issues around Concur. Works with users, internal IT groups and Concur developers as needed, as well as design, test and implement updates and changes.
Point of contact for designing, implementing new tools and processes, including testing and implementing Con-cur and new T&E Cards and P-Cards, and subsequent implementations and upgrades.
Has a strong focus on customer service, driving program growth and expansion and championing the program as a best practice with the organization.
Key Position Activities:
Researches and resolves complex inquiries and issues around Concur, working with users, internal IT groups, and Concur developers as needed.
Assists with day to day Concur administration including user set up and access, termination, and day to day problem solving and inquiries.
Primary Subject Matter Expert of Concur and the primary go-to person for functional inquiries and technical issues that cannot be answered or resolved by others (e.g. T&E/Card team or the Contact Center team.)
Constant contact w. users, the T&E/Card team, Stericycle IT for resolving Concur issues, including Tier 2 support and the T&E shared mailbox.
Trains users/internal teams, develops procedures and training around Concur.
Develops process improvements and participates in efforts to include processes, save cost, and in-crease team efficiency.
Understands and participates in other roles on the T&E/Card team (i.e. is cross-trained) as backfill or overflow.
Subject Matter Expert of Stericycle’s Global T&E and Corporate Card Policy and it’s practical application – rules and potential misuse.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Expert knowledge, work experience, and training in Concur required. SAP knowledge and experience preferred.
• Two to five years of accounting/finance experience in a general office environment, demonstrating a general knowledge of accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills, and consistently takes initiative when investigating issues and requests
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge is a minimum requirement.
