Under direct supervision, the Collections Support position is responsible for the Collections department administrative support. They will maintain accurate customer data by receiving undelivered mailed and correcting invalid customer details in our systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Receives customers’ undeliverable mailed invoices/Dunning letters. Researches revised customer addresses and/or works with Customer, Collections and/or Sales to get new address. Works to convert customers to emailed delivery when possible, helping with cost savings to the company. Works within various systems to updated addresses. Receives notice of customers’ undeliverable emailed invoices/Dunning letters. Works with Customer, Collections and/or Sales to get revised email address, if possible. Works within various systems to update email addresses. Provide excellent customer service by calling customers and responding to inquiries regarding collections items or unresolved disputes. Emailed invoices and statements for the Collections department. Performs other related projects and/or duties as required or requested.
Education equivalent to High School Degree. Two or more years of experience working in an office environment. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
