Education, Experience & Key Competencies required (including certifications and/or software requirements for the position):
Bachelor's or college degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.
3+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B services environment
Must have a strong understanding of online marketing and social networking.
Demonstrated social media knowledge, including advanced experience with social media campaign development, monitoring, analysis and reporting across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
Budgetary experience, including the ability to track expenses against projections.
Experience working collaboratively to develop strategic plans and KPIs.
Experience using a Content Management System. Familiarity with Kentico CMS an asset.
Experience managing and working with external agencies, consultants and vendors.
Proficient in program or project management with effective time and priority management skills; ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects.
Strong computer skills are required, including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Advanced knowledge of HootSuite social media management tool. Knowledge of HootSuite Enterprise an asset.
Advanced knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter advertising platforms, as well as analytics platforms including Facebook Insights, Twitter analytics, LinkedIn Company Page Analytics and Google Analytics. Knowledge of HootSuite reporting an asset.
Knowledge of basic Adobe Suite functions, particularly Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
