We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator, Tech Doc. This position will report to the Manager, Technical
Data and will be responsible for producing, reviewing, and storing technical documents and project work packages for the Langley and Richmond Service Center. This position is for a one year contract.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical support for project documentation
- Generating or reviewing company working material against customer statement of work, working papers and aeronautical product records
- Ensuring that customer & regulatory requirements for the product are captured
- Supporting continuous improvements
Reviewing and coping Technical Records for archiving and maintenance of Technical Record Archives
- Review, issue and maintain documents and manuals assigned to the technical library
- Other duties as assigned by Manager, Technical Data



Applicable qualifications, attributes and competencies are:
- Ability to prepare and review detailed aviation technical documents with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Project/Access) and NAVIXA
- Comprehension of aircraft and aviation technical documents, such as technical bulletins, alert service bulletins, ATA Systems and current aviation regulations and standards
