SEI Archway is growing rapidly and is seeking new members to join our Sales Team.   As a Sales Director, you will take personal ownership over the sales, lead generation, and help drive the future direction of our business in this market.  You must have exemplary sales and service skills, client-facing communication skills, a focused attention to detail, and enthusiasm for serving as an integral member of our sales team.  The Sales Director will focus on selling SEI Archway's complete outsourcing services to investment managers and Family Offices. This position will be responsible for managing a sales process for our service offering, developing a pipeline, managing client relationships and providing input as to the future direction of our business in the this market.

What you’ll do:

›      You will execute on assigned marketing and sales plans.

›      You will identify, qualify and pursue new business prospects.

›      You will generate proposals and quotes, while working with internal and external counterparts to close sales.

›      You will build and maintain credible relationships with prospects, clients and industry "Centers of Influence".  Create and manage sales    pipeline.

›      You will develop and support sales presentation and design, along with creating and managing the sales pipeline.

›      You will analyze the sales territory and provide a strategic plan.

›      You will conduct competitor analysis.

›      You will coordinate and manage the RFP process.

›      You will maintain contact with all firms in territory to uncover new opportunities. You will participate in regular team sales meetings and trainings.

›      You will maintain and demonstrate understanding and knowledge of prospect's business needs and SEI's
services and solutions.

What you bring to the table:

›        B.S. /B.A. in Finance, Marketing or related field.

›        5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

›        Knowledge of investment management operations.

›        Experience in managing sales process from lead generation to relationship management is a plus.

›        Experience with Miller Heiman strategic selling process a plus.

›        Adaptable to manage fast-paced, challenging sales environment

›        Excellent interpersonal skills.

›        Strong organizational skills.

›        Excellent communication and influencing skills.

›        Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

›        Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Internet skills.

›        Extensive travel is required.
