Position Description

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Financial Administration Team. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Financial Administration and other teams on a routine and ad-hoc basis. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor and appearance as well as a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• You will answer the primary telephone lines and welcome clients and visitors.

• You will perform general clerical duties such as faxing, filing, mailing, photocopying and scanning.

• You receive, sort, and distribute mail and office deliveries.

• You will maintain the kitchen, board rooms, lobby and common areas.

• You will provide administrative support to the Financial Administration team, including but not limited to: scanning invoices, validating and cutting checks, entering electronic signatures.

• You will maintain general office supplies.

What you bring to the table:

• Two years of experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service required.

• Strong communication skills with clients, team members and management.

• Ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Email and Calendar).

• Ability to adapt and prioritize changing project priorities, tasks and timelines.

• Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through from inception to completion.

• Rigorous attention to detail.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
