SEI Archway is seeking a Training Analyst to join the Client Relations team. The Client Relations team is responsible for ensuring client retention through ongoing technology and accounting consulting services alongside ongoing outsourced investment reconciliation services. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to learn new skills and a desire to play a role in our rapidly growing organization as well as exhibit general compatibility with the SEI Archway team.

Job Responsibilities:
›› Lead new hires through the training process, providing timeline and guidance
›› Grade new hire exercises and provide quantitative and subjective feedback
›› Provide training feedback on new hires to their supervisors, and explore alternative learning solutions for difficult cases
›› Coach new hires through the training process, approaching difficult conversations with sensitivity and concern for their success in
their new role
›› Work with corporate training team to assign mandatory compliance training
›› Follow up and hold employees accountable for completing training
›› Promote and provide access to continuing education courses for existing employees
›› Collaborate with Human Resources to keep training module up-to-date and coordinate new hire training
›› Learn and maintain a working knowledge of SEI Archway’s proprietary technology, ATWeb
›› Update and maintain all how-to documents for proprietary software (internal and external-facing)
›› Help prepare Release Notes detailing new functionality for 3 Feature Branches per year and one major Release per year
›› Determine new ways to document the software platform, including new media and file types
›› Participate in software testing processes
›› Help plan and execute 4 Regional User Conferences (IMMERSION Lite) per year in odd numbered years (2015, 2017, etc.)
›› Help plan and execute 1 Large User Conference (IMMERSION) in even numbered years (2014, 2016, etc.)

›› Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management-related concentration
›› At least 3 years’ prior work experience strongly preferred
›› For recent graduates: minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale required
›› Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office required
›› Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology
›› Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, team members and management
›› Ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows
›› Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
›› Strong problem-solving skills
›› Rigorous attention to detail
›› Ability to adapt and prioritize changing project priorities, tasks and timelines
›› Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through from inception to completion
