  • Codes and modifies software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and modifies programming systems including coding, testing, debugging and installing to support the organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within application development and support. Expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Familiar with relational database concepts and application development concepts. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Follows Software life cycle methodologies. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


  • Essential Job Tasks:
  • Performs application coding, testing, and deployment in accordance with current standards and ensuring quality of work.
  • Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and make recommendations for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Maintains existing code base and ensures applications are up to date and secure.
  • Designs, builds, tests, and maintains Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD processes).
  • Performs cloud platform configuration where necessary.
  • Documents application and programs according to current standards (Unit Test and Application Support Documentation) .
  • Provides client training as required.
  • Serves on-call, 24 hours, 7 days a week, responding to web and client/server application problems.

  • Applications Analyst II
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree is required + 2 years  experience in the Information Technology Field or an Associate's Degree + 4 years experience or High School Diploma/GED + 6 years experience.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and conceptual skills enabling creative solutions to business and technical problems.


  • Compensation Information:
    $82,520 - $103,140 (min. - mid.)

    Applications Analyst III
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related degree + 5 years experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills enabling creative solutions to business and technical problems.


  • Compensation Information:
    $102,560 - $128,200 (min. - mid.)
