Leads, manages, designs, plans and implements all aspects of desktop and end-user technology initiatives within the organization. This includes workstations, desktop software, mobile devices, printers, audio visual, software deployments, asset management, email services, and patch management. Leads a team of support personnel who troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues for the enterprise. Manages the problem processes for TS and implements and maintains policies and procedures to mitigate risk. Manages staff who perform continuous analysis of production jobs, backup processes, system monitors and system availability. Additionally, the manager collaborates with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives, leads and mentors the support team, enhances support processes for increased efficiency. This role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field +10 years experience in Information Technology. Overall knowledge of operating systems and mobile devices. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. ITIL certification is preferred. Strong organization skills.
Compensation Information: $125,010 - $156,260 (min.-mid.)
