Leads and manages a team of application analysts to ensure performance and availability of service applications. Uses best practices for application deployment and maintenance; enhancements, testing, and deployment; monitors and optimizes performance and availability; and effectively and efficiently responds to application disruptions. The role is accountable for developing service applications' roadmaps; managing third-party vendors; collaborating with business partners on responding to current and future needs; and working with Technology Services' teams and staff to resolve issues or perform planning. Other key responsibilities include staff career development, O&M and capital budgeting, resource management, executing corporate policies and Technology Services processes and procedures, leading various sized projects, and continuous improvement in their areas of responsibility. This role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
This position may be eligible for hybrid (remote and in person arrangement).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field +10 years experience in the Information Technology field. Strong overall knowledge of application support, requirements gathering, and project management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Familiarity with various coding languages (i.e. SQL, Python, Groovy). Strong organization skills.
Compensation Information: $125,010 - $156,260 (min.-mid.)
