  • Leads and manages a team of application analysts to ensure performance and availability of service applications. Uses best practices for application deployment and maintenance; enhancements, testing, and deployment; monitors and optimizes  performance and availability; and effectively and efficiently responds to application disruptions.
  • The role is accountable for developing service applications' roadmaps; managing third-party vendors; collaborating with business partners on responding to current and future needs; and working with Technology Services' teams and staff to resolve issues or perform planning.
  • Other key responsibilities include staff career development, O&M and capital budgeting, resource management, executing corporate policies and Technology Services processes and procedures, leading various sized projects, and continuous improvement in their areas of responsibility.
  • This role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will perform a variety of tasks.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.



    This position may be eligible for hybrid (remote and in person arrangement).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field +10 years experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Strong overall knowledge of application support, requirements gathering, and project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

  • Familiarity with various coding languages (i.e. SQL, Python, Groovy).
  • Strong organization skills.


  • Compensation Information:
    $125,010 - $156,260 (min.-mid.)
