Defines and manages roles and access privileges to various corporate systems using the least privilege principle. Demonstrates expanded knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices. Receives limited guidance and direction related to specific work assignments. Analyzes possible solutions using logical thinking skills and analytical problem solving skills. Researches IAM practices and develops subject matter knowledge and broadened business understanding. Develops plans, processes, procedures, and standards to address IAM requirements. Works closely with internal team members to recommend adequate security solutions to mitigate identified risks. Participates as a contributing member to TS project teams. Provides support to security training and awareness, communication, and incident response programs. The ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical individuals, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service is required. Requires on-call 24x7 support for one week at a time as part of a team rotation.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree with a minimum of two years experience in the Information Technology field is required. Must have working knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms/applications, least privileged principle, defense in depth strategies, and Microsoft and Linux operating systems.Must have willingness to take provided training and attain professional certifications on security platforms.Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must have knowledge of Active Directory, problem management systems, anti-virus software, logging and troubleshooting of operating systems, and multi-factor authentication.
