  • Responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment to meet the needs of business units.  Provides guidance to hiring managers on sourcing, assessment, selection and effective compensation practices.  Ensures that candidates questions and concerns are addressed throughout the staffing process.


  • Essential Job Tasks:

  • Administers recruiting/employment program by coordinating job postings with supervision to ensure company's needs are being met; identifies possible markets for recruitment; develops solutions for attracting qualified and culturally diverse candidates.
  • Reviews all job applicants for suitability; refers suitable/qualified applicants to hiring supervisors for their review in a timely manner.  Ensures process of posting and filling job openings is conducted in a timely manner with attention and responsiveness to the needs of supervision and in compliance with all policies and procedures.  Coordinates background checks.
  • Works successfully with hiring managers to ensure recruitment of talent that meets the required and desired requirements of the company and hiring manager.
  • Ensures that candidates' questions and concerns are addressed throughout the staffing process.
  • Assists supervision during the interview process by discussing company policies and practices with potential candidates so applicant selected can make informed decision based on salary and benefits.  This includes compensation, relocation, selection process, goals incentive program, and benefits with applicants.  Discusses areas of concern with supervisor and offers suggestions as needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Must have excellent communication, analysis, and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must have knowledge of recruitment/employment practices and laws required.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.


  • Compensation Information

    $47,960 - $59,940 (min.-mid.)

    Recruiter II

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and two years of experience.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Must have excellent communication, analysis, and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must have knowledge of recruitment/employment practices and laws required.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.


  • Compensation Information

    $59,620 - $74,520 (min.-mid.)

    Recruiter III

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and five years of experience.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Must have excellent communication, analysis, and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must have knowledge of recruitment/employment practices and laws required.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.


  • Compensation Information

    $74,110 - $92,630 (min.-mid.)
