  • Responsible of planning and coordinating the daily operation of (6) one-week Summer Day Camp sessions
  • Organize and take children on field trips utilizing the 12-passenger van
  • Coordinate activities for crafts, outdoor sports, indoor games, and snacks
  • Make daily assignments for summer support staff members
  • Coordinate arrival and departure of campers
  • Prepare reports, send letters, account for payments by campers, invoices for payment from field trips


  • The qualified candidate must have:

  • good people and public speaking skills
  • experience in a summer camp setting, interest in history and natural history is a plus


  • In addition the candidate must:
  • be at least 18 years old by June 2022
  • enrolled full time in college/technical school
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • successfully undergo pre-employment physical and drug screen


  • This position is for a Summer Internship located slightly west of Charleston in the city of Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Candidate will work 40 hours per week.

    Salary Range
    First Year  $9.50 per hour
    Second Year  $10.50 per hour
    Third Year  $11.00 per hour
