  • Implements and maintains records management throughout the organization.
  • This includes analyzing records retention policies, updating records procedures, managing records destruction and deletions, implementing ECM and maintaining ECM.
  • Coordinates the development, revision, and maintenance of corporate policies and manuals.


  • Essential Job Tasks:
  • Interacts with Knowledge Managers, management and internal customers as a consultant regarding record retention and disposition requirements.
  • Determines appropriate retention periods based on legal research and determinations of the operational and historical value of documents.
  • Identifies records eligible for disposition.
  • Maintains corporate retention schedule.
  • Assists users with ECM usage.
  • Identifies, design and implement potential process improvements through ECM usage.
  • Creates as-is and to-be process maps.
  • Coordinates the revision, creation and retirement of corporate policies.
  • Maintains policy database.
  • Publishes policies and communicate policy changes to employees.
  • Designs, builds and implements advanced scan batches, including consulting with the customer to identify an efficient scan process.

    Records and Procedures Analyst II

  • Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience.
  • Experience in business or legal environment required.
  • Records management or procedures management experience preferred.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, legal research skills, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of Santee Cooper.


  • Compensation Information

    $46,080-$57,600 (min.-mid.)

    Records and Procedures Analyst III

  • Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience.
  • Experience in business or legal environment required.
  • Records management or procedures management experience preferred.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, legal research skills, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of Santee Cooper.


  • Compensation Information

    $51,160-$63,940 (min.-mid.)
