Promote energy efficiency and customer service programs to residential customers in accordance with company policies and procedures including safety in order to obtain energy savings. With direction from others, perform tasks pertinent to program requirements such as meeting with customers, conducting blower door testing, ensuring accuracy of program documents, and maintaining project files in tracking system. In addition, answer customer questions pertaining to high bill inquiries, comfort issues, and program participation information needs, employing the assistance of more senior Energy Advisors as needed. Cultivate professional relationships with Trade Allies and Santee Cooper personnel.
Bachelor's degree with no experience. Once hired, will have to obtain BPI BA certification, ACCA certification in Manuals J, D, S and Heat Pump Analysis training (Alabama Public Power). Must have a valid driver's license.
