Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solution. Requires extensive knowledge of window PCs and apple devices. Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. Ability to be ONCALL to provide 24x7 support to Santee Cooper.
High School Diploma/GED is required. Must have basic knowledge of networking concepts. Must have basic knowledge of PC and networking hardware. Must have basic knowledge of PC, server software and operating systems.
