Manages the daily operation of The Energy Authority Interface ("Power Marketing") Desk and related activities. This includes system load and financial analyses, energy purchasing and selling, interface activities, energy pricing for non-firm Large Light and Power customers, economic management and dispatch of generating assets. Provides support to senior analyst and supervision in the development of various analyses, preparing financial and other reports, running computer models and preparation and rendering of bills. Generally, the work performed by this position can only be accomplished in an efficient and timely manner through the effective use of computers. This person is expected to assist senior analyst with various task. This position requires to be on call and to work overtime on nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance or Math and a minimum of two years directly related experience in the electric utility industry is preferred.
