  • Lead development and management of CIP compliance program as it relates to Infrastructure systems.
  • Guide, assess, and oversee development of policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Serve as a primary contact for business with FERC, NERC, and SERC entities.  Must demonstrate attention to detail and possess all the skill sets defined in Specialist I position.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, must have organizational skills and the ability to document thoroughly, with two or
    more years’ experience in networking and cyber security preferred.
  • Leadership skills and experience are preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate information to other departments and write reports/documents with minimal supervision.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge and skills to analyze problems and determine effective solutions and be able to provide guidance to junior team members./li>

    Salary range:

    Compliance Specialist II
    69,140 - 86,420 (min-mid)
    Compliance Specialist I
    55,620 - 69,520 (min-mid)
