- Managing internal infrastructures and resources such as social intranet and other internal communication channels. - Supporting the internal communications team with agenda setting of the management board.- Planning and organizing of internal events.- Coordinating internal approval processes and external collaboration with services and agencies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in journalism, communications or a related field of study. - Excellent proficiency in English (written and oral) and German (written and oral); preferably German native speaker.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the communications industry (PR agency or corporate).- Experiences in internal communications, preferably with good writing skills. - Affinity for social media and clear track record of “working digitally”.
