Level I audiologist will be trained and competent in basic audiology including audiologic assessments, acoustic immittance, otoacoustic emissions and will be able to diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment options for patients with communication deficits. Has experience and interest in vestibular diagnostics and balance function testing. Has awareness and knowledge of other specialized audiologic skill groups and collaborates with internal staff who specialize in these advanced assessments and treatment areas. Maintains an adequate knowledgebase and excellence in clinical care while constantly adapting to the evolving healthcare environment.
Clinical Doctorate in Audiology with completion of Clinical Fellowship Year. PA Audiology License (or eligibility for licensure). ASHA and/or AAA certifications
