Position Description:
Responsible for providing support to the educational mission of six fellowship programs within the division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Coordination of fellowship program from recruitment through graduation. Programs include Gastroenterology, Transplant Hepatology, Advance Endoscopy, Esophagology, Neurograstroenterology, and IBD. Administrative management of all aspects of fellowship programs which includes coordination of fellowship recruitment, budgeting, match list submission, development and maintaining fellow rotations for evaluations. Must have working knowledge of ACGME ERAS, National Resident Matching Program, GME track and familiarity with Medhub. Coordination and participation of education meetings.

Minimum Requirements:
High school graduation or GED
Associate degree preferred
Minimum of five years secretarial or comparable experience in a medical office setting.
