Position Description:
Manages all CPD activities in collaboration with the CPD management team. Provides quality, efficient, cost-effective decontamination, sterilization and distribution services with proper management of service utilization and inventory levels. Provides technical direction for the operations, selection and use of CPD instrumentation. Certification required.

Minimum Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience with supervisory level responsibility in a Central Processing Department. Incumbent shall have both excellent written and oral communicative skills. Knowledgeable of CPD instrumentation and equipment.

Baccalaureate degree in healthcare, business administration or related field required. The incumbent must also be able to communicate effectively with user departments and also possess excellent written and verbal skills. Computer literate with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software a must; knowledge of Lawson Serving Software desirable. Certification required.
