Position Description:
Penn Family Medicine New Garden is a two-provider practice located in beautiful Kennett Square, PA. The practice is seeking a full-time Primary Care advanced practitioner to join their team in providing excellent patient care to the local community. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

Minimum Requirements:
• Candidates must speak fluent English and Spanish
• Active BLS required

Nurse practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a M.S.N and certification as a nurse practitioner. Experience working in an ambulatory environment is strongly preferred. New-to-practice candidates with a strong medical nursing background are welcome to apply.

Physician assistant candidates must be graduates of a physician assistant master’s program approved by the American Medical Association, and possess NCCPA certification and a physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Physician assistant candidates must have 1-3 years’ experience working in an advanced practice capacity.
