Responsible to supervise the day-to-day activities of the CIBMTR (Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant
Research) coordinators to ensure the Program meets or exceeds CIBMTR requirements related to timeliness of form completion
and data accuracy. Assist coordinators with medical testing interpretation and definitions for the most accurate and timely
reporting. Collaborate with internal staff and external entities to facilitate electronic capture of required data points via the
electronic medical record. Provide reports to monitor Program reporting status for CPI, etc. Able to make professional
judgments and appropriately report clinical data to internal and external customers. Requires a detail oriented candidate with
strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be flexible to respond to requests and meet deadlines.
Able to work collaboratively with staff.
-Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Biomedical discipline required
-2+ years' experience within Oncology or Transplant preferred
-RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
-BLS Certification
