Position Description:
The Clinical Director will oversee Critical Care, Emergency Department, Nursing Network Center, and Inpatient Dialysis at Pennsylvania Hospital works in collaboration with the CNO providing nursing leadership at the departmental and institutional levels; accountable for ensuring that nursing practice, nursing education, and nursing research are carried out according to acceptable standards.  Develops plans to meet the human and material needs of the department and institution on a short and long term basis

Minimum Requirements:
Eligible and/or currently licensed as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.

Baccalaureate in Nursing required. Graduate education required. Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.  Minimum of 5 to 10 years progressive nursing experience required.  

Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of computer technology and applications.  Must have demonstrated leadership capability.
