The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supervision and coordination of nursing staff to assure the provision of safe and effective care on weekend, evening and night shifts. Represents administration for problem solving and decision making Hospital wide on weekend, evening and night shifts. The position offers a fast-paced environment, utilizing critical thinking skills for decision-making processes. Education Training and Experience
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Five (5) years clinical experience including charge or management experience. Basic computer skills: keyboard, mouse use. Ability to complete data entry on clinical documentation screens. Ability to use email and internet. Ability to successfully complete on the job training for CCH computer programs. Ability to practice critical thinking and organizational skills. Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Current Pennsylvania RN License.
CPR, ACLS and PALS certification.
