The PRN Nurse will provide direct care to patients and demonstrate safe practice within the domains of clinical judgment and decision-making, nurse-patient/family relationships, clinical leadership, and clinical scholarship. Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum, demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age appropriate considerations of assigned patients. In addition, will practice within the Penn Medicine professional practice model, demonstrate Penn Medicine core values which reflect its mission, and comply with all regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies.
The qualified candidate must possess a BSN and have current licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
