Position Description:
The Radiation Oncology service at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a collaborative practice serving our thoracic oncology patients.   

This is busy, high paced service whereby the APP will work in collaboration with our thoracic service which is comprised of radiation oncology attendings and residents, registered nurses, social workers and advanced practice providers.

This provider will participate in the clinical management of patients requiring or being considered for radiotherapy, definitive or palliative. This includes on treatment evaluation and supportive care as well as ongoing follow-up/survivorship care.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s or DNP prepared Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Current  licensure or eligibility in the Commonwealth of PA and eligibility for credentialing by the medical board

Oncology experience preferred, not required

New graduates will be considered on an individual basis

Additional Information:
Full time, Monday – Friday

AONCP certification strongly encouraged within one year of employment

Note: will consider acute, adult-gero or FNP NP for this position
