Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
• Direct care, provides education, and seeks resources at the unit/department level, and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Perform the activities of administration, supervision, delegation and evaluation of nursing practice.
• Use specialized knowledge and judgement upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences,
• Use critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, which includes knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data.
• Ability to work with physicians, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, patient care staff, and management.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of acute care experience
• 1+ years of ED nursing experience
• Current WA state RN license obtained before start date
• Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification, ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification. Certification in specialty area preferred
• Must have BSN or agree to sign an education agreement

Our Off Campus EDs operate fluidly together.  In the event that you are facing a low census, you may have the opportunity to float to another location.
