Posting Description

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL CONTENT ADMINISTRATOR, Center for Transportation & Logistics, lead the development and execution of CTL’s digital content and social media strategy across all divisions; oversee and grow CTL’s presence across 9 distinct platforms tailored to specific audiences; develop, shoot, edit, schedule, and manage social media campaigns to boost engagement and enrollment; produce short-form and platform-specific video content comprising 30–40% of overall output; translate complex academic and research content into accessible digital storytelling; write and adapt content to fit the unique voice of each division while preserving overall brand consistency; and collaborate with internal teams to build targeted marketing campaigns and drive social media traffic.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of five years of related social media marketing experience; demonstrated experience leading social media and digital content strategy across multiple platforms, audiences, programs, or divisions; demonstrated experience writing, shooting, producing, and editing social video content; experience managing enterprise content across multiple stakeholders, programs, or divisions; proven ability to tailor content voice, format, and messaging for different platforms and audiences; excellent organizational, problem-solving, administrative, collaboration, interpersonal, and writing/communication skills; ability to work effectively on a team; ability to work independently and prioritize workload; proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Creative Suite; flexibility for evening and early morning events. PREFERRED: Experience in relationship or program management in higher education; experience with large language models or generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT); experience with project management tools; experience producing short-form, platform-native video content for multiple social channels; and experience managing editorial calendars and enterprise-level content across multiple divisions or brands.
